Heavyweight Stapled Booklets

Heavyweight stapled booklets are for small booklets that should feel like a keepsake: a portfolio, a look book, a property brochure, a short product catalogue, a wedding album-style programme or a menu that sits on the table all evening. Every page is printed on thick card-like stock, so the booklet feels rigid and expensive in the hand.

Paper and cover

Choose the stock for the inside pages and the cover separately: 250gsm art paper with a silk finish, 250gsm art paper with a gloss finish, or 350gsm art board with a silk finish. Using 350gsm for the cover and 250gsm inside is a common pairing; the same stock throughout gives a uniform, chunky feel. These booklets are not laminated.

Short runs from one copy

Quantities start at a single booklet and step up through 2 to 10, then 15, 20, 25 and so on to 250. That makes the format useful for pitch documents, a handful of portfolios for interviews, or presentation copies for a client meeting. The price per booklet falls as the quantity rises and is shown live.

Why only up to 16 pages

Thick stock folded and stapled has a limit before it springs open. Up to 16 pages keeps the booklet tidy. For longer documents, see our perfect bound or wiro bound booklets.

Timing and delivery

Heavyweight booklets take more care in finishing, so Saver production is 13 working days. Plan ahead for events; quicker speeds appear in the price box where a product has them. Delivery to a UK mainland address costs £7.95 for the whole order, and nothing once the printing in your basket reaches £100.
