Only delivery. The price shown for your options is what you pay for the goods at checkout. Delivery to a UK mainland address is £7.95 per order, or free when the printing in your basket reaches £100 after discount codes. Design fees do not count towards the £100.

Each size, paper, finish, page count, quantity and speed costs a different amount to make, so the price box recalculates every time you change an option. What you see is the real price for that exact combination.

Most of the cost of a print run is setting it up. Extra copies only add paper and ink, so the price per flyer or leaflet falls as the quantity rises. The product page shows the change as you pick a quantity.

Send the details through the Get a quote page: size, fold or binding, paper and how many. A person replies with what is possible and a price.

By debit or credit card at checkout, handled securely by Stripe, so your full card number is never seen or kept by us. You can check out as a guest.

A PDF at the finished size with 3 mm bleed and fonts embedded or outlined. AI, EPS and SVG are fine, and so are high-resolution JPG, PNG and TIFF files. You can attach up to 3 files of 25 MB each on the product page.

Every upload gets an automatic check for size, resolution and bleed before you pay. If a file is too low in resolution, you can upload a better file, send the right file later, add File check for £4.99 so a person checks and fixes it, or use our design service.

Folded leaflets go in as flat artwork, outside on page one and inside on page two. Booklets go in as one PDF of single pages in reading order, with a page count that matches your order. The artwork guidelines show the sizes.

Yes. Our leaflet design service offers typesetting, design from your brief, a logo redraw or a new logo at fixed fees, with one first draft and two rounds of changes for typesetting and design. You can also use the online designer.

No. Designing and previewing on screen is free. A preview mark shows on screen while you work; it never appears on the printed job.

Yes. A design from the online designer that you have printed comes with its print-ready PDF, available from My Account and the link in your confirmation email once the order is paid.

Yes. Choose to buy the print-ready PDF in the designer. There is no delivery charge, and the file is for your own use, not for resale. It cannot be cancelled once the download starts, but a faulty file is replaced or refunded.

Each product shows its production days for each speed. Saver runs from 5 working days for flyers to 13 for heavyweight booklets. After dispatch, the courier usually takes 1 to 3 working days, and tracking arrives by email.

Many products offer Standard or Express speeds in the price box, with their own days and price. We do not offer same-day printing.

No. We print your leaflets and deliver them to your address for you to hand out or distribute.

Not once they are printed. Items made to your design are personalised, so the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply. Before production starts you can cancel for a full refund, so contact us quickly.

Tell us within 48 hours with photos. If something is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we reprint it or refund you, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
