Overview

Folded menu printing is for food businesses that need a menu people can hold, open and put down again many times: a café brunch menu, a pub's food and drinks list, a restaurant's evening menu, a takeaway's counter copy. Every menu is laminated on both sides so it wipes clean between customers, and the creasing lets thick board fold neatly.

Menu sizes and folds

Choose an A5, A4 or A3 sheet, then the crease. A single crease gives a four-page menu, for example an A4 sheet creased to A5. Gate creasing opens from the middle, and Z or roll creasing makes a six-page menu that closes to a third of A4 or A3, a slim shape that fits a table holder. There is also an option creased to A6 for small drinks or dessert menus.

Paper and lamination

250gsm art paper in gloss or silk is the lighter option; 350gsm art board feels solid in the hand. Gloss lamination makes food photos look their best. Matt lamination cuts glare from overhead lights and suits text-led menus.

Price list printing too

The same format works for salon, barber and garage price lists, wine lists and room service guides: anything that is read at a table or counter and needs to stay clean.

Quantities and price

Order 50 to 2,000. The price per menu falls as you order more, so if your dishes are settled, ordering a larger batch is good value. Prices are live as you choose.

Timing, delivery and artwork

Saver production is 9 working days, so order before a menu change rather than on the day; quicker speeds appear in the price box where a product has them. Delivery to a UK mainland address costs £7.95 for the whole order, and nothing once the printing in your basket reaches £100.
