Overview
Creased leaflets are for thicker stock that would crack if it were folded without a score. Each fold line is pressed into the sheet so the card bends cleanly along it, and the leaflets arrive flat. That suits jobs where you want to fold them yourself, slip in an insert first, or keep them flat for storage: invitations, menus for table holders, card price lists, wedding stationery and presentation folders for a small run.
Creased and delivered flat
Flat delivery is the main difference from our folded leaflets. A crease costs less time than a full fold and keeps heavy card looking smart, with no white cracking along the spine where the ink would otherwise split.

Flat sizes
A5 landscape, A4 portrait, A4 landscape, 420 x 210mm and A3 landscape. Each crease option lists the size it folds to, from 74 x 210mm up to 210 x 297mm.
Paper and card
Choose 170gsm or 250gsm gloss or silk, 300gsm smooth white card or 350gsm silk card. The 300gsm and 350gsm cards give a firm, premium feel that a folded paper leaflet cannot match.
Quantities and price
Order 50 to 5,000, printed front only or both sides. The price per leaflet falls as the quantity grows and is live on the page.
Timing, delivery and artwork
Saver production is 9 working days, and quicker speeds appear in the price box where a product has them. Delivery to a UK mainland address costs £7.95 for the whole order, and nothing once the printing in your basket reaches £100. Supply flat artwork with the panels in order and 3mm bleed, or add our leaflet design service at checkout.

Why does thick card need creasing?
Card over about 170gsm can crack along a fold. A crease presses a line into the sheet so it bends cleanly without splitting the ink.
