Leaflet delivery works in two steps: we print and finish your order, then a tracked courier brings it to you. You see both before you pay: the production days beside each speed on the product page, and the delivery charge in your basket.
How long leaflet delivery takes
Add the production days to the courier time. Production counts working days (Monday to Friday, not UK bank holidays) and starts once your order is placed and your artwork is in. The courier usually takes 1 to 3 working days after that, and a tracking email arrives as the parcel leaves.
Worked example: A5 flyers on the Saver speed (5 working days), ordered with artwork on a Monday, are ready to leave the following Monday and usually arrive between Tuesday and Thursday of that week.

Need it sooner? Many products also offer Standard and Express speeds. Where they exist, they sit in the price box with their own days and price, so you can weigh the cost against your date. A quicker speed shortens production; the courier service stays the same.
What delivery costs
- £7.95 per order to England, Wales and mainland Scotland, however many products are in the basket.
- Free when the printing in your basket comes to £100 or more after any discount code. Artwork and design fees do not count towards the £100.
- Design-only orders have no delivery charge, because the files come by email.
Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland
Mainland Highlands postcodes, such as Inverness, Fort William, Oban and Thurso, pay the mainland rate plus £10 once per order, even when the rest of the order ships free. Our checkout cannot price Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly or the Isle of Wight, so for those ask for a quote and we will give you the delivery cost before you pay. We only deliver within the UK.
Big runs and door-drop boxes
Large flyer and leaflet runs arrive in several boxes, which can be heavy. If there is a goods-in time, a side door or a neighbour who takes parcels, add it to the delivery note at checkout. We print and deliver to you; we do not deliver leaflets door to door.
If something arrives damaged
Open the boxes when they arrive. If anything is damaged or missing, send photos of the print and the packaging through the contact form within 48 hours and we will reprint or refund. Your legal rights are set out on the returns and refunds page and are not affected.
