Overview
Wedding menu printing finishes the table: a card at every place setting that tells guests what is coming, and matches the invitations and place cards. Our wedding menus come in the two classic shapes and a choice of eight cards, so they can be crisp and modern or soft and rustic.
DL or A5?
DL (99 x 210mm) is the slim, tall card that sits neatly on a folded napkin or a charger plate. A5 (148 x 210mm) gives more room for a menu with choices, dietary notes or both languages, and works well standing in a holder in the middle of the table.

One side or two
Print the menu on the front and leave the back plain, or use the back for the order of the day, a thank-you note or a guest's name. Gloss lamination is available on the front only.
How many to order
One per guest is usual, plus a few spares for the top table, the photographer and keepsakes. Quantities start at 25, which suits small weddings, and go up to 2,000.
Artwork
Check every dish name, guest dietary note and the date carefully before you upload. Upload a print-ready file when you order. Every upload gets an automatic check for size, resolution and bleed, and our leaflet design service can be added at checkout if you would rather we set it up.
Timing and delivery
Saver production is 6 working days on the opening options; quicker speeds are in the price box. Order a couple of weeks before the day to leave time for any changes. Delivery to a UK mainland address costs £7.95 for the whole order, and nothing once the printing in your basket reaches £100.
